The Tribe coaching department is committed to providing soccer coaches, from beginner to most advanced, with up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge, so coaches across the Tribe Soccer Club can ensure that players develop to their full potential through the Tribe way. I.S.T CERTIFICATION LICENSE INFORMATION
- Goal - I.S.T’s technical staff discusses the unveiling of the I.S.T coaching curriculum. The curriculum is designed to improve development of coaches, players and families in the organized player base in the the I.S.T way - "Club Tactical Development", concentrating on creating more organized, age-appropriate training sessions, developing coaching practices, educating parents and families about the game and creating an environment that is fun for the players.
- Training - The importance of training and how it ties into the curriculum is explained by I.S.T technical staff at the courses.
- Implement - I.S.T technical staff talk about the implementation of the "Tatical Development" curriculum, addressing how coaches around the club will use the information to plan effective training sessions for their team over the course of a season or year.
- Impact -The impact of the coaching curriculum discuss how the curriculum will influence coaches and parents at all levels around the I.S.T
